Great storage, plenty of room!

We bought this freezer two months ago and so glad we did. It is large enough to keep foods organized. It's really a pleasure to be able to see our food products and be able to read labels without one bit of frost on the packages. The door have excellent storage also, with deep shelves to hold boxes like butter or veggies or round for juices. A great freezer and great addition to our family.

21 CF Frigidaire Upright Frost Free Freezer

Bought this appliance about 2 months ago. It is operating just fine.. One problem we would like to address is that we only received 4 shelves and there are 2 more grommet positions that would hold 2 additional shelves; which would make storage more efficient. Shouldn"t these 2 additional shelves been included? If not may they be purchased?
