Very dissatisfied with this product. It has jammed on me several times, is not easy to use. have not been able to use it as I should be used

Best I've ever Had

I purchased my Epson Workforce at Best Buy and I can honestly say out of all the multi task printers I've had this one is by far the easiest to use and set up. It also prints terrific! Would never use anything else.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good and Bad

The good part it prints the pages very quickly unless it is a very detailed page, but the detailed part is true for most printers. We had to call Epson to get some help setting it up because my husband and I are not the most electronically gifted people. Very polite customer service. We did have to move our answering machine to our computer desk to get the fax to work for some reason. It's on a shelf and not as easily seen so the old saying "out of sight, out of mind" is true because we forget to look at it most of the time. The main bad part is that it is very noisy when pulling the paper to print and while printing. I hesitated to buy it for that reason after reading some of the reviews but bought it thinking it couldn't be that loud. It's distracting sometimes and Epson really needs to find a fix for that. And we're not thrilled with the way the fax had to be set up but all in all I would probably buy it again. Neat graphics while making choices on what you want it to do (takes a little learning here so it's a nice braingame to keep you young), size isn't too bad, it's very attractive, and it does make good prints.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Workforce 600 Outstanding

I'd have to rank the Epson Workforce 600 as far and away the best all-in-one printer my family have ever owned. In terms of print quality, I can't tell the difference between the Epson output and the same document scribed on high quality commercial laser printers at the office. The scan and copy functions are splendid as well. (I didn't set up the fax). Although instructions for the wireless could be a little better organized, installation was straight forward. I found no glitches in the software (running from Windows XP, and 32 and 64 bit versions of Vista) and I'm very pleased with the ability to run all of my print jobs through wireless LAN.
Comparisons: I believe Epson quality, ruggedness and reliability far exceed any other printers. I'd say it delivers much better value in terms of the number of pages printed per cartridge. I'm also pleased that Epson engineered the printer so that the customers can replace the color cartridges individually as needed.

Excellent product

I have had this printer for several months. It works great either wired or wireless. Printing documents is VERY fast, the graphics print out clear and accurate and even photos are fabulous. I especially like the little extras like the stationary printing along with printing graph paper and ruled paper. Another neat feature is the ability to scan over the network or even scan to a memory card right on the unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Print Quality and Speed is Excellent

I have used all features of this product for 3 months and am generally well pleased with it's function. The one drawback is the amount of ink used compared to previously owned printer. Also, disappointed that I cannot continue to print in Black if one of the color cartridges is expended, and that when printing in Black only, it also uses some of the colored ink - particularly blue.
The print quality is the best I've seen for an inkjet. Would recommend this printer regardless of above drawbacks. Read all specs and reviews carefully before purchase.

I have now used my 600 for 10 Mnths. It has performed perfectely & produces FAR sharper images than any other brand I've ever had. I'm sold on Epson Quality/Reliability & will never have anything else. Way to go Epson!!
