Not so Good!

Purchased this printer for a great price(79.99), it was easy to set-up and printed a great photo. The negative's are it used alot of ink, I printed maybe two dozen pages of black and white and one color photo. Somehow after three weeks it told me all four cartridges were empty. It is also very noisy and I had problems getting the paper to feed correctly at times. I returned this unit and purchased a HP All-in-one (c5580) which is a thousand times quieter and very easy to use. However I had to pay more for the printer (149.99), however I'm alot happier.
What's great about it: Easy to setup, Great Photo print quality.
What's not so great: Noisy, uses a lot of ink and paper miss-feeds
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am so pleased with this in 4 in 1. The colors are clear and crisp, as is the black for documents. It interacts with other programs that I use. The ink is lasting, I have had to print and reprint color coded seating charts all week and alot of pictures, too, and the ink level is doing well. That was a big concern of mine. It functions quickly, I do not have the faster USB, but, the 1.0 is good. I am happy that I chose this unit, so far.
What's great about it: Great color printing. easy set-up.
What's not so great: USB cable extra. Loud when printer engages, then it gets quiet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have five inkjet printers of another brand, and was reluctant to switch. But after reading the specs and comparing the WorkForce 500 to many others, I was convinced. I got two surprises: (1) After deciding to buy it, I discovered that it was on sale that day; and (2) What really surprised me was the fact that this printer does far more than is described in the specs. It will be a great experience as I continue discovering its capabilities.
What's great about it: After I decided to buy, I was pleasantly surprised to find it was on sale!
What's not so great: I cannot find anything negative about this machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE

The installation is easy and fast. Friendly and easy to use and maintain. Excellent displays and easy to find controls. Anybody in the family can use It. The price-value relation is the best in the market.

best one ever nevered had a problem.It is easy to install and it prints veary fast. I dont have to stick my memory card and then print the picters. I can jest stick my memory card in my printer and print.

After making a big mistake a buying a kodak printer go with t he epson its soo much better,faster, good pictures can beat the price.
What's great about it: FAST PRINTING NO ISSUES!!

Alright Machine

I brought this because I really needed a fax machine and the other features was just an extra bonus. I used all the features except the fax machine for at least a few months and everything was fine until I decided to use the fax and that's when I encountered my first problem. The fax machine did not work at all. After trying everything I could think of, I decided to call Epson. After talking to everyone from customer service to the supervisor, they offered to replace the machine, but I would have to go through to much to get it fixed so I just left it the way it was. I will never buy an Epson anything ever again.
What's great about it: Prints pretty fast
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't buy for photos

I bought this for home office work. I am an experienced photographer (since 1976). I had hoped this product would do well for the in-frequent FAX and family photo output. I am very dissapointed. Photos have vertical lines, "tractor marks" on the prints from the wheels that pull the paper through the printer, and it is very noisy.
What's great about it: Price, ease of set-up
What's not so great: photos quality is BAD!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
