Poor Quality: LG 55LN5400

The 55" LG TV has died after less than 6 full months of use.
The picture quality and sound are good when the TV is working, but unfortunately it's not working at the moment.
We've been forced to go back to our 32" Sony Bravia which I bought in November 2008 and has never had any power issues.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got the 55 inch picture and price is great I would buy another one for a different room I would rate it a 10 for color

We bought this TV on sale to fill a spot in a new home where the previous owner had taken his. Setup was a breeze and it works great!

Good low cost television

We purchased this unit because the rear projection screen tv went out.
We have been very satisfied with the operation and the clarity of this tv.
For the size, I would recommend this for a stable tv.

This is by far the best tv i have ever owned. I got it at a good price too. Not a bad thing I can say about this TV!!!

Don't settle for a smaller size

The 55" LG TV is perfect for our smaller living room. We sit about 10' from the TV and it is like being in a movie theater. I think the audio from the LG is good for news, talk shows, etc. We purchased a sound bar with blue tooth to satisfy our musical tastes.

If you are looking for a good tv for a good value with a nice size, this could be the one. If you want the newest features, like Smart or 3D, then keep looking.

LG 55" TV is great. Love the texture you see in the picture. With the latest technology the picture puts you right in the moment.
Installing was a snap. I always have great success with LG products.
