Quiet and roomy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was to replace my smaller 16 year old Frigidaire freezer, and it has lived up to all expectations. the interior lights are great - what a difference it makes to be able to see everything inside! It's quiet even when the compressor kicks in (not often at al) so I almost never hear it even though it's in the utility room right next to the kitchen. Because of the good layout of shelves and baskets, I've been able to organize my food very well. Now I really know what I have on hand. If you have little children, you might also like to know that the door is very difficult to open casually. You have to give it a good strong pull. The external temperature window is a good safety feature, too. Though I've had this freezer for only about 5 weeks, I am very pleased with it.

Love the freezer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the way it is set up. This freezer replaces a 38 year old up-right freezer that is still running. The baskets and drawer make it easy to find what I want and the shelves on the door are set up just fine. I also like the window on the door that tells you at a glance what the temp is.

I've converted from a chest freezer, and there is no comparison. Everything is just right there at my fingertips. The glass shelves make for easy clean-up. I love the two pull-out baskets. There is ample storage in the door for my smaller items. I highly recommend this freezer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this as a replacement to an Amana freezer that gave us a lot of trouble, and needed to be replaced after the compressor broke after 4 years- and could not be replaced (no longer being made)! Although the current freezer has 4 less cubic feet, it has the same outer dimensions (probably more insulation) and seems to hold just as much- great shelf design. The lighting inside is luminescent making it easy to see the food. The freezer came with3 movable door shelves. We purchased a 4th- would have been nice if it had . the fourth included. The digital door control assures me of the temperature. We are overall very happy with the purchase.

Love that I can find everything so easily, the way the shelves and baskets are laid out make it even more convenient than the previous Upright Freezer I had.
