It is ok now that we hooked it up. Did not state anywhere on box that the wireless feature was not compatible with old wireless routers. So went crazy for hours trying to figure out why it would not connect to our router.
The paper tray is flimsy and has no "stop" so when you pull it out to add paper it comes all the way out if you are not really careful and will fall to the floor.

I always have trouble removing an old product so once I did that and got my new Brothers working I am really satisfied with it. It surpasses the old Brothers. I like the speed of the pages and also the colors it produces. My old one had great color but was very slow. All in all this new Brothers is the best I have ever owned. I like the ease of the multiple ways to choose how and where to print.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Having major problems. Can not scan on the printer, Can not get duplex printing to work. Poor printing quality.

My New Printer

I have just started using my new printer and am satisfied with the quality of printing but am already getting alerts that need to order more ink, that printer is low. It is not like I print everyday. I am disappointed and think I should have gotten a different printer, more practical and suitable for my needs.
