I purchased this because I need one machine that can multi task and so far I haven't been disappointed. I printed out 40 pictures from and event and they were wonderful.

This is the first Brother printer we have owned. And now we are wondering why we waited so long to try one!! WE love this printer and how easy it works and what a wonderful, perfessional job it does!

Exceeds Expectations

This product far exceeds my expectations in ease of use and quality. The Customer Service was extremely helpful and the brother works with our voice mail system where as the previous printer did not. The fax is intuitive, far better than the last printer. Still on the start up ink cartridges, far superior to the previous printer. The price was extremely competitive and the cost of ink was also competitive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great printer

I really like this printer. It works great. Easy to setup wifi. Duplex printing is a nice feature and saves paper. It has many features I havent used yet like cloud printing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Product Good - Service Not So Much

Had an issue installing the software. After waiting on hold for 50 minutes the rep. wanted to send me a link via email and hang up. I insisted he wait, after all I waited 50 minutes for him. 15 minutes later still no email (good thing I made him wait). He finally had me go to the website and download a driver....why didn't he have me do that in the first place :-( I did eventually let him go. Still had other minor install issues but was able to figure them out myself. Once the product was installed the performance was great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lots of Problems

This is a very nice printer when it prints, which isn't often. It disconnects from the computer many times a day and has to be turned off and back on. It's too bad because the print quality is very good and the copy function works well. We do not have it hooked to fax. When it quits working, it queues up copies and they have to be manually removed before you can print again. I got so frustrated, I hooked the printer to the computer with a USB cable, which defeats the value of a wireless printer, but it wouldn't reinstall and recognize it as a local printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
