Great printer when it works

Printer is working great right now. It had been going off line and no one could tell how to get it back online. The only way it would work was to unplug and plug in again. After I deleted it twice and registered it again it is now working great if it stays that way. The duplex printing works well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Buy

Replaced my old printer with this one. Ink costs for the old printer equalled the cost of this printer. This printer works much better and prints much quicker than the one I replaced.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Price and ease of set up

Great purchase which was a sale price, and the product took 5 minutes to setup wirelessly. The unit is quiet efficient and reliable so far. Very pleased with the purchase, and the starter ink is still working after 2 months!!

A Bit Disappointed

Had an older Brother printer to this one, and loved it. Purchased this one because of WiFi. For some reason this printer will not stay connected to WiFi. All other WiFi items in our home there is no problem staying connected,only the Brother printer is a problem. Called customer service, but had a difficult time understanding them and they had no clue. Anyone Else have this problem? So now I am back to using a cable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Wireless Printer

I really loved the feature of scanning documents into a file. It saved me a lot of times.
I also loved the document feeder.
2 improvements, I think, are needed:
1. the document feeder should automatically
align the paper. sometimes the scanning did
not come out correctly.
2. there should be duplex copying and scanning
