I have an MFC-495-CW that is great but could not be used when I got a newer computer with Windows 8.1 so I got the MFC-J475DW and it has been a good purchase. I especially like that the ink is not so expensive. I highly recommend Brothers products.

My second Canon in a row died without warning. I'd had Brother MFC's in the past, but the heads kept giving me trouble (Turns out, cheap off-brand ink actually WILL monkey up your printer!). Got this on sale and did not expect as good color printing as the Canon, but boy, it's really close. Also a titch slower, but it has a document feeder and I can fax without having to go into my computer! Ink is a teensy cheaper, and lasts nearly twice as long!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have never had a All-In-One Printer that was this good. I am so happy with it I would buy another one and tell al my friends what a good printer best ever.

Excellent value for a home printer, functions scan and print work great, ink cartridges seem to last good and are fair priced. Like the self feed that you can close up. I would recommend this product to others and would buy again. This is my first Brother printer and I am exceptionally pleased with it.

Mostly was looking to update ability to print from tablet and have had good experience with Brother products over several years. Great product for the price. Fast, quiet, easy to set up and use. I have had no issues or complaints. Would like to see a control center version for Windows 10, but not a deal breaker for me.

Love this printer. It was easy to connect and works flawlessly. I easily connected my laptop and iphone. Great to finally have a chance to print from my laptop instead of my desktop upstairs.
