It doesn't work.

The repair tech is scheduled to come next week, but getting that scheduled was an exercise. I couldn't schedule online, I had to talk to someone. My oven won't hold a temperature. She wanted me to adjust the thermostat myself. I did that, but it still won't hold a temperature. If the tech can fix this, I'll change my rating. It is interesting that I got the email asking me to review this product just a couple of days after I requested service, yet before GE had a chance to fix it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am very disappointed

I got this oven and the timer doesn't work on it and I only have had it for a few days. The oven cooks well, but I am disappointed all the features don't work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had a minor issue with a loose fan blade. Tech support came out and fixed the issue. Ovens are great.

When my previous double ovens died, I did a lot of research before choosing the GE Profile. I have been very pleased--it has many helpful features and I like the steam clean option.
