Not happy with the inside wall for putting the shelves in hard to use. Why did GE change the walls?

Great Double Oven

We recently replaced our old GE,Profile oven in use for over 15 years we researched for quite awhile, we are loyal to brands but wanted the best oven for our price range. We were so happy to find we can continue out GE tradition! Our new Profile Double ovens are the best!

I thought I would have trouble with two ovens and getting the controls wrong (turning one on when I meant to use the other, etc.), but it hasn't been a problem. It's easy to use. Heats up faster than my previous oven did and the temperature seems to remain steady. I'm glad we got it.

So far so good. Only issues are the time it takes to heat up and the steam clean doesn't clean as well as advertised. Oven cooks perfectly the confection piece is nice. Have not baked anything yet. Cooking timers and temp probe are excellent features

Oven chimes are too soft. Even at full volume. Other than that perfect.
