Quiet and energy efficient!

This is the first refrigerator I've bought new and it really works very well. I like that it is energy efficient and the stainless steel trim look sharp!

Not happy!

I bought this refrigerator last year in June and have already had it replaced once and the replacement is now giving me problems. There is a flaw in the freezer which causes the fans to ice up and stop working. You have to spend
3 hrs completely defrosting the freezer and putting a blow dryer to the unfreeze unit to unfreeze the fans. Once you do this
It will work for 6 months and then repeat. I picked this refrigerator because of the size and the height. It was perfect for the space I have. But I'm having so many problems that I'm probably going to replace with a different one.

Nice exterior appearance. Louder than the old model it replaced. A freezer light would be nice.

Typically, the compressor operates at a higher pressure when first starting and the noise should disappear as the refrigerator continues to run and balance pressures. Modern, high-efficiency compressors operate much faster than older models. The compressor may have a high-pitched hum or pulsating sound. Hope this helps! Kindly, Jennifer

We bought this fridge about a month ago. It replaced the one my grandmother bought in the 80s for the house. I cannot tell you how thrilled I am. It's exactly the same size exterior dimensions as the previous fridge but the amount of useable and logical space inside this fridge feels like it is double. I love the large door shelves that can fit a gallon of milk or bottle of soda. It's extremely quiet and doesn't seem to kick on as much as the old fridge so it's insulated better. Anyone looking to replace an older fridge that has size restraints would be thrilled with this fridge as a major upgrade.
