Food in refrigerator is frozen

I just bought this refrigerator with a new house. I noticed that the watermelon and string beans on the top right shelf were frozen. This Cafe series refrigerator is only 1 month old. I had real problems with my Monogram series freezer for 10 years until they redesigned it. We were chopping ice all the time. Remind me never to buy GE again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product only issue is the unit only holds like 10oz of hot and cold water.

Nice Refrigerator overall but

We got this particular model because the home builder has used the Cafe series for the oven and stove so we wanted to be consistent It is a nice frig if a bit expensive. It looks good and there are a lot of nice features such as the hot water dispenser. We are a little disappointed that it does not hold a lot despite how big it is. The frig at our last house held more despite being smaller. Also, it has a display on the door that you can load pictures into but we cannot find the USB port it says to use. The owners manual does not help it just says to use the USB port but where it should be we just see a piece of plastic.

GE Cafe Series - The Best

We bought our Cafe Fridge 3 months ago and couldn't be happier with it. We have received numerous compliments from visitors as well. So much interior space I actually took out one of the shelves. We are a family of 4 and like to keep the fridge stocked up. We first chose this fridge due to looks, handles, and option of using hot/cold water options. Now after having it and using it, there are many reasons I love it. The bottom freezer drawer provides tons of space for my frozen items allowing me to separate food items to compartments.

I love having the hot water capability. Great use of shelf space in the doors, and I really appreciate the thermostat controls in the meat/vegetable drawers.
