I needed more space than a side by side, so I thought about this refrigerator for a long time before I bought it. It has given me a lot of space and I have yet to fill it up. It is better than those other models where the ice maker takes up the whole upper corner of the inside. That's a waste!

heads up on the hot water

I bought this refrigerator about 2 months ago, and I thought I would like it better. First off, the main reason for this pick was the hot water on the door. The sales person did not explain that it takes LONGER than just boiling water on the stove. I thought it was like an instant hot water dispenser. I will never use it. The door openings are not very wide, so it is hard to reach things with only one door open. The stainless on the outside seems thin, and is not the type that minimizes fingerprints. It is noisy . I do like the freezer drawers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

love love this refrigerator! its spacious, love the hot water feature, love that the ice maker is in the door as it takes up less space in the refrigerator and the ice tray is extremely easy to get out

Great refridgerator and love the features

I purchased the entire GE Cafe series for my new kitchen, and have loved this fridge. I love the hot water feature in the door. The ice maker is really small, but it's okay for me. Also, there isn't as much room for tall pitchers and drinks, but again, it's okay for me. Overall, good fridge.

Love water and ice in door. Fingerprints on outside a constant battle. Very well lit. Great door storage. Drawers are convenient.
