Nice Features, Poor Ice Production

I do love the looks, and configuration of the inside, which makes for lots of space for food storage and easy access. However, we bought the model that includes the new hot water feature, which, unbeknownst to us at the time of purchase, means we would have to sacrifice in the ice storage area. That is my biggest complaint with the refrigerator. Totally inadequate ice storage, and especially production of ice. We've checked the water line to make sure it was providing an adequate supply of water, but we still run out of ice on a regular basis - and we are currently a family of two!!

Watch for the sag, and useless hot water

We've had this a month now, and the only way to get hot water from the dispenser is to unplug it and plug it in again- it has an error that won't resolve . The shelf holding the two crisper drawers is sagging already, we don't know why, and have not placed anything heavy upon it. Really strange. The doors require a much greater opening than the recommended installation width so the unit fits in our space, but with minimal clearance on the right side door. Looks great, functions well, except as mentioned. If you can ignore the hot water issue...

Great Refrigerator and Freezer

I've had this refrigerator for almost a month and it's been great. There's more than enough space in both the refrigerator and the freezer compartments. The cubed and crushed ice features are nice. The refrigerator is quiet and only makes a subtle noise when the ice is dropping into the ice storage bin in the door. Overall we are extremely happy with this model and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new, spacious and quiet refrigerator! The only suggestion that I would make would be to add some sort of Ice shoot attachment as when you are getting crushed ice it tends to drop little ice pieces onto the floor unless you have your cup or container pressed all the way against the opening.

Roomy refrigerator! Horrible ice maker!

Love the space in the refrigerator and freezer. Do not love the ice maker. Can not keep up with supplying ice for a family of five. Have to use our old side by side refrigerator that we put out in the garage in order to have enough ice.

Yes, it is fun! It does everything the other appliances don't do including tricks! It changes colors inside and makes hot water! Seriously it is a great appliance. Love the ample space in the freezer and the choices of changing the shelves. Plus lots of room!

Love this refrigerator!

I received delivery of this item in mid-August and have been nothing but satisfied so far. It was very important to follow all the directions in setting up the appliance to get it right. The ice maker is quiet and works well. There's plenty of room in the refrigerator and bottom freezer but would like to have had moveable drawers in the freezer compartment. The hot water dispenser works but we haven't really used it much. It is fun to be able to upload up to 90 family photos which may be viewed as a slide show on the screen above the water/ice dispenser. To activate the slide show takes between one to two minutes after dispensing water or ice or after touching the screen itself. One just needs a flash drive with photos uploaded from the computer. It is easy to install the water filter but it needs to be replaced about every 56 days.
