This appliance is a nice enhancement to our kitchen. The one drawback I have found is that the holding capacity on the doors is limited. So things like dressings, ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard need to be kept in the main body of the refrigerator and are more easily lost.

I haven't really figured out the best way to clean this stainless steel refrigerator and my husband thinks it makes a little more noise than he would like but we do love the options (pics, hot water, precise fill) on this refrigerator and the ice maker makes plenty of ice. We are satisfied with our purchase.

Nothing Special. Already needed a service call

While the refrigerator look nice, I am constantly getting frozen items in my upper compartment even though the temperature is set for 39. Recently, the fan in the upper compartment went out so everything in the bottom drawer was frozen solid and everything on the top two shelves had to be thrown away.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had a side by side but didn't like the amount of freezer room. This has so much more usable room in both refrigerator and freezer. Love the draws and all the different ways I can set up shelves.

Huge Disappointment But Great Potential!

I was very excited to have this fridge along with the rest of the GE Cafe series in our new house. What a huge disappointment when it stopped cooling after 3 months. Since we do not have a company that directly works with GE we ended up having to pay to have this fixed. GE would only cover a portion of the cost to fix it. This is the second house that we have purchased GE products for so I was excited to have even better GE products than the last house. What was I thinking! The features it comes with are great. We love the hot water option. The inside temperature of the fridge is not on the display panel at all times. This caused a delay in figuring out that the cooling system wasn't working. I have a feeling it only worked for the first month or two we moved into our new house. Very Disappointed! I was a loyal customer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
