Great amount of space with adequate spatial combinations. Temperature remains steady throughout the usable area, more so than most. Extremely quiet and worry-free. All "bells and whistles" are helpful, not just a gimmick.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Makes Hot Water!

This is an amazing Fridge! Drawers slide in and out nicely. Lots of space and one shelf slides in for tall items like bottles of wine. Best of all it makes hot water! Wife is Chinese so she drinks lots of tea. Push a button and boom, 2 minutes later you have 10oz of hot water! It has 5 preset temps from warm to hot chocolate, tea, and soup. Mom, whose a bit older, loves it! She can read the bright screen and operates the touch controls! Seriously great product!
Downfalls: ice respecter is in the door so if you don’t use a lot of ice it can get stuck there. A tap on the bin and it’s ready to go. The compressor can be a bit loud when the house is very quite, like late at night. During the day you don’t even notice it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor Design

The climate drawer is broken. The buttons on the panel are poorly designed therefore they snap if pressed too hard. I waited 3 months without a fridge when our condenser went out earlier this year. It's been a terrible experience with this fridge

We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review on your Café Appliances refrigerator. We're happy to hear that the refrigerator lasted 10 years for you, but we also understand that you expect your appliances to last as long as they can without any difficulties, before replacing them.

With that being said, we are so sorry to hear that your refrigerator is now not keeping your food cold.

You can try the below troubleshooting information to see if this will correct the issue with your refrigerator not cooling properly.

Check for Large Containers Blocking Airflow-
Large containers in back may block the flow of cold air and adversely affect the temperatures in the refrigerator. Move tall items forward so they don't block the air flow.

Check for a Dirty Condenser-
To minimize the possibility of electric shock, unplug the appliance before attempting any maintenance or cleaning.

Check Temperature of Installation Area-
Your refrigerator may not cool properly if installed in a location which experiences temperatures below 60°F or above 110°F.

Check for Proper Air Clearance-
In general, at least 1 inch of air clearance is required on each side, top and back of the refrigerator. Air clearance requirements do vary by style and model.
