I've used a few different model Bunn coffee makers and this one I must give the highest rating. I enjoy the thermos kettle where before I've had to utilize a regular thermos bottle container. Plus, the kettle does not shatter like the glass ones. Highly recommend to my family and friends.

This is my 2nd thermal Bunn coffee maker. The first one lasted almost nine years. It was great, but finally needed to be be replaced. I looked around at all different coffe makers, but finally came back to the Bunn. I had such great luck with my first one I decided to buy another one. I am so glad I did. I use this daily and it's simple design is perfect. I would highly recommend this maker to anyone looking for a perfect cup of coffee. Plus Bunn's have a three year warranty..

Even Better Than My Old One

My original Bunn (same model) worked great for 10 years but started to leak a bit so time for a new one. I expected my new coffeemaker to be the same but happily it's even better! The old pot had to be poured into the cup over the sink, but the new model pot pours perfectly - no drips anymore. I like my coffee very hot and was so pleased that the new machine makes my coffee almost too hot to drink - love it! ...and the new pot seems to keep the coffee hotter than the old. Also, the new machine makes the coffee faster - they aren't kidding about 3 minutes.
When I took the new Bunn out of the box, I was a bit leery because it looked slightly different, and seems a little smaller and lighter weight. But I'm so pleased with it - it's so nice for a new model of any product to surpass expectations.

If you like hot coffee, this machine is not for you. If the water starts out at 200 degrees, it does not end up that way by the time it gets into the carafe. The more coffee you place in the filter, the less hot the coffee going into the carafe is. This product is definitely not worth the price. Actually, it's not worth the price even if it was free.
What's great about it: Coffee tastes good.
What's not so great: It brews warm coffee from the begining.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
