it is one of the greatist movie that i have ever seen it is funny suspencefull and alot alot of action

I watched this with my brother this weekend 10/04/2008. I did not see it in the theaters and had decided to reserve my opinion until I saw it. I was pleased with all the extras and watched these while waiting fro my brother to come over. I became more excited as I watched the extras because the picture was so beautiful. Once my bother got over it was on!
This movie is what I envision HD format was made for. The opening scene was really cool and hooks you in until the end. Rorert Downy Jr. acted great in this movie and I was impressed with the balance of comedy and action. In many movies the comical parts seem forced but they seemed natural. The fight scenes were the kind you want to go back any see again. This is a great addition to my new BluRay library.
What's great about it: Great Action, Beatiful on BluRay, RDJr. was hilarious
What's not so great: No complaints
I would recommend this to a friend!

MISSING SCENES

We saw this movie in the theatres. One of the best comic book movies I have ever seen. Unfortunately, they decided to cut ALOT of scenes from the opening. I am really annoyed by that decision. I would not have purchased the movie if I knew they were going to do that. Very disappointed by that decision.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this movie. Robert Downey Jr is fantastic in this role. If it had to pick something I dident like about this movie I would say that I hated the fact that it ended. I actually watched it 2 times in a row when I got it becaust I was so blown away by the sound and clarity of the picture. If your on the fence about it let me push you off, go get this movie. You will be happy you did.
What's great about it: Everything
What's not so great: Nothing

having read so much rave reviews i expected a little more. it is like any other superhero movie these days. good special effects; decent script and acting; and of course - humor.
What's great about it: good fx
What's not so great: thin plot

To anyone who is a Marvel Comic fan like I am this movie was a great addition to my collection. The movie followed the comic storyline but had a modern twist to the storyline that didn't destroy the story at all. I would recommend this movie to anyone it was a 5 star movie.
What's not so great: Was not made in full screen

Really good movie but they spent too much time with Downey, I wish Iron Man was in it more but I guess that's what the sequel is for.
What's great about it: Great Acting by Downey, Great Effecs and Action
What's not so great: Not enough Iron Man in my opinion
