I installed an earlier version of this mount on the bulkhead of our sailboat. The screen is a 22" LCD. Because of the marine environment, I disasembled the joints and put TefGel on the bearing surfaces and threads. It's been several years now and the device is like new, with no slippage. A bungie cord holds the screen to the bulkhead when it's rough. I'd buy it again.
Pros: Durable, robust
