I've had the privilege of opening for Ra six times now with my band, Fear Blind, and in the genre of music, they put on quite possibly one of the best live shows I've seen... This album is well written, and well recorded. Sahaj, Ben, P.J. and Andy have done an excellent job at putting raw emotion onto a small circular polycarbonate disc, and it's well worth every penny. Help support quality original music!
What's great about it: Well written, original music.
What's not so great: None
I would recommend this to a friend!

This record combines the best elements of Ra into one great record. Every song has the intensity of "From one" with the songstructure and unique melodies that made "Duality" such a great record. There is enough chunky guitars to keep all the hard rock fans happy and there's no shortage of radio friendly hooks to get addicted to. As a long time fan I give "Black Sun" my vote for best RA record as well as best record in years!!
What's great about it: Heavy and melodic!
What's not so great: Not enough people know about them!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had the priveledge of getting the CD 3 months ago and I haven't stopped listening to it. I play it everyday!!!! Please help support this CD so RA produces many more in the future.
What's great about it: Every Song is AMAZING
What's not so great: NONE

This band isn't well known, but they have incredible music. Awesome when they perform live, and they are overall just amazing. Totally recommend it to anyone, plus they infused a lot of killer acoustic riffs into their songs.
What's great about it: Great New Songs
What's not so great: Don't Turn Away appeared on the live album
