Touchpad not working

Same problem, not even 2 years and half buttons not working. Do not buy.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality

At first I didn't know if I would like the buttons on the bottom instead of on the side of the door by the handle. It is so much more convenient having them there across the bottom,. I love it. My husband actually picked it out over the other Samsung one model. Because this was an unexpected purchase a storm blew the main circuit board on our old one. Glad they still make the 2.1 cu. ft. and really love he dark ceramic lining versus the Vinyl looking lining my old one had. When my other appliances go my first choice will be Samsung. The only change is I miss the add 30 second would be sensor touch and start automatically this one doesn't have that option. But the other features make up for having to his the start button after add 30 seconds. Overall I Love it.
Pros: Bright display

Very happy with the microwave having done the unusual buying it sight unseen. None of the local stores had this line in stock let alone this model.
The features are complete and all work as advertised. Cooking is consistent and predictable especially with the sensor cooking. Space inside is huge and the turntable is so large.

Love the control panel on the door. Stylish, sturdy, and easy to use. Also like the dark interior, it makes the appliance blend in with the kitchen.

It's stylish dark interior is a definite plus. It has a very nice size for larger plates and the glass touch screen buttons are both cool and stylish compared to other microwaves. Nice clean hands and fingers are required for this baby to work flawlessly though! Its made of glass!l..what can I say. The lights illuminate evenly and have a pleasant brightness. Many sensor settings to choose from make it a joy to reheat or heat up just about any dish or liquids. Controls are intuitively arranged under display and not off to the right. Just another example of its uniqueness . All and all a great way to get your personal style across without sacrificing quality, functionality or features. -it has it all...
Pros: stylish, many features, enamel interior, halogen lights inside, led outside lights
Cons: expensive

Microwave has spacious interior

This microwave has larger interior than my previous one, which I appreciate. Works great. I have not had occasion to use the cooking preset options yet. One side of my microwave is exposed and I wish the side was gray to match my Samsung refrigerator side rather than the black side color now. Also the timer buzzer is low volume and quick, so you must be close by to have it catch your attention.
