This was one of the best movies i have seen in a long time i deffinatly reccomend it so anyone who has not seen it

Watched this movie in theaters before seeing the prelude "Batman Begins" but it didn't matter because the plot was so well done. Great action packed movie. Also Heathe Ledgers last film created and he did a marvelous acting job!! You won't want to miss this movie!
What's great about it: Action packed
What's not so great: Nothing!

Like the headline says, "Best Movie Ever".
It lives up to the hype of its' name. Truly a wonderous work of art. Heath Ledger does an amazing job as the Joker & Christian Bale plays beautifully as Batman.
What's great about it: Everything!
What's not so great: Nothing

This is seriously the best movie in history. It's the best hero Vs Vilian. A must have for any action fan. I can imagine the blu ray will be amazing and can't wait to own this piece of history. I went to the theather to see it more than once and now i can't wait for the blu ray to hit the shelves.

Too serious

WOW. (good wow).
This movie is not for younger viewers, parents be warned - this really should have been rated R. So watch it first yourselves and then decide if your kids might be able to handle it. (Some 8 year olds may handle this movie well, and some 16 year olds may not, or even 26 year olds - refering to a friend of mine. She had one word to describe the movie - I 'd already seen it - 'scary.' I had had forwarning that it was going to be a fairly accurate portrayal of a 'psycotic clown' and that it was gooing to be a really 'dark' movie, so I guess I just expected it to be what it was.)
Anyway, this is a great movie, though I don't usually watch stuff this 'dark.' However, I do believe it to be a rather accurate view of the batman world.
Or at least one more perspetive of it.
I hope if this director / actors / writers continue with this batman saga, that they will take care with it (and not end up with another X3 fiasco).
So, great movie, but might not be for everyone.

You are or will witness the "Greatest Movie Of All Time." If I were to make a movie, It would not have conme close to the originality of the story, action, drama, cinemaphotography, all the above. I was a kid at a candy store for the first time in moivie history. I've seen some great ones in my times, but this is in a class undefined. Christopher Nolan and Warner should see that they have set a bench mark for all types of movies to model after. My Hat Is Off. They asked if I would recomend this to a friend at the bottom. Well how about to my enemies as well. You did Genesis to this movie.
What's great about it: There's nothing like it in movie history

An epic, re-creation of a classic

The Dark Knight was mega-hyped to be the best movie ever created, and, believe it or not, it proves correct. I seen this movie with expectations of mediocrity and a tired old story, however, I could not have been more wrong.
I love Christian Bale's acting. I was under the impression that he would outshine the movie itself. Again, I was wrong. He dons the Batman mask with the utmost conviction, however, it was Heath Ledger's role as the Joker that truly steals the show.
The Dark Knight is a re-creation of a classic, and a must see.
What's great about it: Heath Ledger, epic story
What's not so great: none
I would recommend this to a friend!

The movie we have all been waiting for and the best movie of all time is FINALLY getting released just in time for Christmas. What to say about a movie that has everything? Action, Drama, Suspense, you name it this movie has it... A MUST BUY!!!!
