Dependable and easy to operate

I am 58 years of age. This is the first phone I owned that is awesome to use and give outstanding pictures. Easy to handle and never miss a call.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight

Love it! It is fast, responsive, and a big screen! It has some great, new apps that I have found helpful also. Setting it up and registering was a breeze! I am Samsung for life now.

It's the best Android Ever.

With cricket me and my wife struggled with interent. But 2 years ago we switched to sprint now she doesn't want to leave sprint nor the galaxy s4 device. She loves to stream movies and watch her you tube videos with no buffering technicalities.awesome thank you sprint for mAk8ng my wife's pregnancy exiting now she's happy on her phone.

Can Samsung do anything wrong? Well anything is possible but, in my opinion, they are the best in every way! I always wanted Samsung and was never able to do so but then finally got started with the SII and I've been sold every since! I now have the S4 and am looking forward to the S6! The Galaxy series leads in every way! It's a bit comical when Samsung phones have been doing something for some time and the competition comes out with it as if it's the latest, greatest thing. Samsung leads the way in value, looks, ease of use, ability and speed! I can multitask on personal and business purposes. Everything is easy! It has a wealth of options and apps available. It's fast and Samsung always puts eye candy in your hand! People see Samsung and go, "Hey, I want that!" If I had to add anything, I'd say better sound and volume on the Galaxy brand and why not add an actual FM tuner! These aren't deal breakers by any stretch. After all, it's Samsung!!! Nothing more needs said!!!

I had an HTC one before this phone and the camera broke a long time ago. I am still getting used to this phone but have had a Samsung in the past and liked it.
Pros: Inexpensive, takes nice pictures.
Cons: buttons are pushed to easy when i don't want them
I would recommend this to a friend!
