this product is good other than the screen being glass and easy to break

The only problem I have is the phone to to easy to break or screen crack Samsung could do a better job on the durability

Using basic functions/features is fast & easy. Unfortunately, I've had some difficulty figuring out what my phone is capable of and where to find answers. lt would be more helpful is there was a section (either on-line or at the front or end of the user's manual) that told you where information could be found - such as on You-Tube, on the web site or in the manual. Some of us "Oldsters" need things made a bit more clear.

I use to love samsung but my s4 is only about two weeks old I bought it brand new it's never been dropped but it freezes up sometimes and it is so disappointing because I swore by a Samsung now I'm second guessing my decision
