I love this phone. It's fast browsing the Web, good clear sound during calls and a cool design. It came preloaded with some apps, most of which are useful. All in all, the Samsung galaxy s4 is a great phone.

I was the first in my family to have the Android! Most of my brothers sisters nephews and niece had iPhones most have since switch to the samsung.

That is proof enough of the quality I play chess there's one program call Chess With Friends. They have an update for this program every 2 or 3 months. Some of my opponents have the same program but they have iPhone I talked to them Raven about the new update. They check and then they'll tell me there's no update after a while I figured out there's no update for the iPhone! Or you have to pay for it. No difference in the quality it isn't noticeable and it still my choice and others around me. A great product!

Loved Samsung until now

Instead of adding features with the new phone they decided to remove features I really liked and depended on. Mainly the removable battery. I loved having one battery charging while I could still use the phone. Further, the battery doesn't last nearly as long as my old one. I find myself carrying two phones now, my old one and my new one. In fact, I'm using my old phone to give this review. ...
Cons: Did not meet expectations, removed features, poor battery
