All other earphones now sound awful

So glad I made the purchase. Noise cancelling is almost like some kind of witchcraft! Sound quality is amazing. They are my go-to earphones, only trouble is they have made all my others sound terrible!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I travel for a living, and i've had these headphones for about 3 years now. I'm continually impressed with the longevity of these headphones. Best part about the headphones are their compact size. I can easily pack them away on a carry on, and they barely take up any space at all. Also, I prefer these to the wireless ones because I use them when I sleep. There is no around-the-neck device to contend with, and, surprisingly enough, I can sleep on my side with these in place without issue.

Amazing! Helps keep me sane as I travel!

I have been using my noise canceling earbuds for 2 years and LOVE them! I will not travel without them! It blocks out the noise of the world around you on the airplane or train. I get so much more done and am relaxed at the end of the trip! It is a MUST have in my carryon!

My favorite headphones EVER

I've owned numerous Bose products over the past 20 years, including over-ear noise cancelling headphones. These QC20i's are my absolute favorite. The noise cancellation is amazing, reducing even chainsaw and lawn tractor noise to faded background noise and completely eliminating most other noise. I wear these doing yard work, at the gym, on airplanes and anywhere else I want my own peaceful environment. The sound quality is also fantastic. I listen to everything from rock to Yanni and I'm hearing lyrics and instruments that I've never heard as clearly before.
I'm not sure why some others complain about durability, unless perhaps they got a defective pair, in which case they should contact Bose. I take very good care of my headphones, but I'm not shy about using them anywhere and I use them a lot. A year later, they're still in great shape.
If I had ANY complaint, it would be that I wish the cord between the plug and the battery were longer. I like and prefer the 90 degree plug, but I do wish the cord were longer.

These headphones are incredible. I can't believe how good the noise canceling is in these little things. I actually find myself using these more often than the QC25s simply because it's much easier to sleep with these on while on a plane, and because they're so much more portable. I highly recommend these headphones!

First let me say that I might be a little bias. This is my sixth Bose product. However, this is an excellent product. The noise canceling is exceptional. I have a pair of QC15 (which are also excellent) and the QC20 are on par if not superior to those.One feature that I like a lot is the aware mode which allows you to hear what's going on around you without having to take the earbuds out. The sound is nice, clear and the buds are comfortable to wear for long periods. Though the price is steep the product is very good.

Great sound

I bought the Qc20i about 2 years ago, still going strong. Great awesome sound, beautiful detail in 3 phases, bass, midrange, and treble. They are a bit pricey, but well worth it.

First 2 months of ownership were good up until the left earphone decided to come of it's locks i.e started splitting in two and i had to tape it together to keep it working.. no physical damage of any sorts
