Worth the price // Amazing earphones

I've had my earphones since the day they came out in 2013 and they've been working perfectly. Awesome sounds and definitely will blow you away by the quality. Though the durability isn't quite as expected. This should be taken into account. Take care of your earphones and buy the 3 year protection plan, definitely worth it.

Stopped working after 1 year

They worked great for the first several months/excellent sound when the noise cancelling feature was on. I loved them...however, a few weeks ago the noise cancelling feature stopped working. Now when I turn on this option I only hear a loud, cracking noise. Would not recommend, poor quality for price point. At this price, they should last longer than 1 year.

Like to show it off.

I brought this a week ago and its by far better than any beats i had. As a 17 year old in New York City constantly taking the train and hearing noises, these headphones cancel out everything. They work wonders, however i do want to try the Q25s to compare them. The only annoying thing is having the battery adapter at the bottom. It ruins the speed of putting your phone away and its a hassle. Which makes me want to try the Q25. They should make a all black pair.

A Quality Product

I don't typically write reviews for products but these QC20i earbuds have literally changed my daily commute to/from work on Chicago's CTA Commuter Train system. The noise cancelling is astonishing given the amount of ambient noise, all the while while maintaining the clarity of the audio that would normally be drowned completely out. The only suggestion I would make is to find a method to attach the noise cancelling module to the player (in my case, an iPod touch) I tried to use velcro but it wouldn't stick to the material of the module so instead, I secure it to the back of my iPod with a simple rubber band...

The only way to travel

I had the over the ear noise-cancelling headphones for about a year until the in-ear ones came out. I jumped at the opportunity since I like to sleep on planes. I cannot imagine flying without them now. When it's time to get off the plane and I take them off, I'm still so amazed at the difference in noise level. I often don't even turn the music on, and just enjoy the silence. I used to dread it when I had to be on a plane with screaming kids. Now I don't even hear them. Liked them so much, I bought my husband a pair.

Love the noise cancellation - needs a tweak

Love my QC20! Use it in the gym, on the plane, at the office, and around the around yard when working. Two concerns: On my second pair because the microphone stops working (need to call support again) and the control box is cumbersome with the wires when the phone is in my pocket while working out in the gym. Any way to design an around the neck version?

Great Sound

These ear phones are superb although the volume control no longer works with my iPhone!
The price means you look after this bit of kit more carefully than cheaper brands so pretty disappointed

I cannot hear a thing on the plane with these. yes, they are costly but you get what you pay for. They are not HUGE, massive headphones that go over your head. They are small and yet OVERLY powerful. I highly recommend. Bose has great quality and these do not disappoint. Again, you get what you pay for !!
