Love the sound!!!

I've had my for over a year and love this noise canceling feature and the sound. My only complaint is where the jack comes out of the on/ off control has freyed away because of the bending point. They should have it reinforced at that point. I've had to put tape on my but they eventually broke at that point. I wouldn't buy these until they have fixed that issue. Not worth replacing every year.

Great for travel on business

Bought this specifically for business travel when I may only have a briefcase. They fit easily into my brief. They have been perfect however now the volume control has broken/ stopped working. Hope to get this resolved soon.

Noise Cancelling Quit Comfort 20i In Ear Headphone

Unfortunately, the box that contained these Apple Ipod compatible (in ear) headphones, did not state in clearly Visible words that this product was not compatible with (volume control) first generation I Pods. Because of the degenerative hearing condition I have, being able to control volume is very important. Also the weight of these phones cause them to fall out of my ears during while in a inclined
position. Changing the tips doesn't seem to help when my head is tilted back. This and the lack of volume control, has left me with buyers remorse.

bad wiring

I bougth a pair of qc 20 about year ago ,they sound great but the wiring is coming apart,just to much money for them to be falling apart so soon

These Earphones are incredibly awesome. Perfect in noise cancellation. Battery lasts long, Easy to carry. Perfect fit in ears. Sweat Proof, Very light in weight.

Great Product, Great Customer Service

When I bought these I immediately fell in love. The noise canceling, comfort, and sound quality are all superb. A week later the headphones broke, but Bose was more than happy to replace them. Bose stands behind their products. I will gladly spend a little extra to buy Bose headphones because their customer service and products are so great.

I was given these free as part of the Bose test and review program. I already wrote a review, but it was when I'd only had them for a day or two, so I wanted to update my review. I can't find a way to do it with an addendum, so just adding this way. The thing I wanted to add was that I flew to Florida last week and on my way home, I had a seat in the very back of the puddle jumper plane I was on for the last leg of my journey. I was sitting there trying to read, feeling annoyed by the constant loud airplane drone, when I suddenly realized I had these new headphones and wasn't this what they are made for? I've never used these kind of things before and didn't fully understand them until that moment. I put them in my ears and turned them on and the airplane noise magically disappeared. It turned out I could actually hear the flight attendant's voice pretty clearly, which surprised me, since my friend's voice had faded when i was first trying them out. But I guess that's what they're meant to do - drown out airplane noise. Anyway, I just wanted to add this, because they really did for brilliantly. I have nothing to compare them to, since I've never used these before, but I let my father try them and he is now thinking of buying some.
