Sometimes my job requires me to call someone while in loud areas and the noise cancellation makes the call so easy. My volume buttons do not work but the pause button works great! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a good fitting headphone and noise canceler. I never knew i needed these until i got them!

Saves my sanity on the bus!

I really don't like listening to people talk or hearing their music bleed through their headphones when I'm commuting on the bus. These really are a lifesaver for me. I arrive to work stress and anxiety free. Thank you for these!

My upgrade request or feedback.:
1. Electronic feedback comes through male connector plug in various situations when not connect to music just noise cancellation. When battery is fully charged noise begins or when male connector touches other items.

2. The on lighting diodes are too bright for when used for sleeping.
3. The cord is to short near battery and male connector.
nothing can compare to Bose noise cancellation.

I purchased my quietcomfort 20 headphones just before traveling to Europe. I was completely amazed at the difference these earphones made in blocking sounds. As luck would have it, there was a small child sitting two seats away who was totally spoiled and making noises and causing trouble for her mother and grandmother the entire way from Munich to DC.
I only survived because of my Bose quietcomfort 20 ear phones.
In addition, I was able to enjoy three movies and one documentary with the most incredible sound that you would expect from Bose. I don't know why I have postpone making this purchase but I am sure glad I finally did.
