Good.... but

I am now on my third QuietComfort 20 headphones as the first two cables failed (one after 6 months; the second after 18 months) despite very little use and no wear and tear. I just received my third replacement pair yesterday only to find out that the new iPhone wont have a headphone jack so now these are useless to me. When I requested a replacement several weeks ago, it would have been nice to know that

I've got bad headaches using them

The quality of sound and noise cancelation is super high, unfortunately, I had to return them back because I've come to realise I got a bad headaches after using them for a couple of hours.

What am I Paying For?

I am using my headphones exactly as indicated in the instructions. I can still hear everything around me perfectly fine. What is the point of these headphones, then? I might as well be using a cheap pair of headphones.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are sorry that the QC20 headphones are not working as you were expecting and we would like to help. The noise-canceling of the QC20 headphones works best at canceling constant noises such as those products by an airplane engine while traveling, or background noise in an office. However, some noises such as voices will still come through the headphones. One thing to make sure of is that aware mode is turned off, as aware mode allows some external sound into the speakers so that you can hear your surroundings.

We have sent an email to learn more about how you are using the headphones, but we are also available by phone at 800-380-4831 Monday through Friday 9am to 9pm and Saturday 9am to 7pm EST.

Nice headset

I received these headphones over a week ago I love the look of them and the noise canceling feature really works. My issue is how muffled your voice is when you talk with the headphones in your ears your ears feel clogged up I did not like that. sound quality was great which is what bose is good for. I did like the headphones but if not for the muffled sound I would have given 5 stars
