WORTH THE MONEY

I've bought my headphones in 2013 and used them nearly everyday at work. They are extremely comfortable and clear. Perfect for traveling. Im now looking to replace them after the years of wear, and plan on buying the same pair

Great for studying in a loud house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With two toddlers, a snoring husband, and all the noises a household brings, studying can be challenging. Although they do not block out noise completely, that would be dangerous, they truly minimize the intensity of noises allowing one to focus on calming music or quiet. I've had mine for almost a month and I love, love, love them!!

Poor Unacceptable on phone calls

Recipients of phone calls constantly complain of very poor voice quality. These very expensive headphones DO NOT work properly!

Superior phones with serious noise cancellation

I have had mine for about two months and I love them. I also have a pair of QC25's which are also very good. I prefer to use the QC20 when mowing with my commercial zero turn mower because they provide better noise cancellation and I can clearly hear the music from my smart phone.

Way above expectation

I bought a pair of these for a trans-atlantic flight. Having never owned a 'decent' pair of noise cancelling headphones, I figured I would go with Bose due to reputation more than anything. The instant silence when turning them on at an airport was the first sign that I'd made a good choice!
I was sitting on a plane for 10 hours, in a window seat that looked out to the engine, and had a screaming 4-5 month old kid behind me... and just didn't care!
Noise cancelling is incredible, sound quality is fantastic at any volume, and the 'Aware' mode is extrememly useful for quick moments when you need to jump back in to the outside world.
My girlfriend got a pair of the QC25 over-the-ear headphones, and her opinion was equally as high on those. I would say that the choice comes down to personal preference on in-ear vs over-ear. But I will add that the 'Aware' function is not there on the QC25.

love these, work great at work

I got these about 2 months ago, was a bit worried they wouldn't help much, but they work great. I work in a noisy shop environment, cuts down the noise to almost none. What noise it left is quieter and not bothersome at all.
Most of the time i just have them on Noise cancel without any music. just like the quite.

Defect after 2 years

Defect after 2 years. The left side is breaking apart and making ridiculous noise. Can't use any more.

Best EVER!

These are absolutely THE BEST headphones I have ever owned. I am a consultant and travel 100K miles per year. I have enough stuff to carry on the plane with me and the last thing I wanted to carry around some bulky noise canceling headphones. These fit the bill perfectly.
Even without the battery on, the sound is still phenomenal, but once you turn them on...all I can say is WOW! It drowns out just about anything and everything. The sound is clear, crisp, and the perfect balance of bass.
If you want noise cancelling headphones without the bulk, these are the perfect choice!
Only thing I would recommend is to make the cord about 6" longer. Sometimes the current length is just too short for my needs, but its not a big issue
