[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our freezer for about 6 weeks and we love it. It is frost free and are old freezer was not. Also it has a light, which out old one did not have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the freezer just a few short weeks but so far so good. The shelves are sturdy and the door pockets of nice quality. I am especially pleased with the green glow light that shows me that the freezer is on and running.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do think it is noisy, and happy it is located in the laundry room. The other freezer made was quieter while running. I have gotten used to it, and happy it is frost free.

Wire shelves are the worst & door hard to open

I bought this refrigerator a week and a half ago. Looks nice but once you put food inside, everything topples over because of wire shelving. Door is also hard to open so many times the food falls out of refrigerator and on to the floor. So disappointed. I thought it was going to be the perfect refrigerator for our garage. Sadly mistaken.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The tightness in the door seal indicates that the gasket is sealing properly. If you're opening the refrigerator, I suggest gently sliding your hand around the gasket and door frame to loosen the seal so that you can open the door.
