I like this product I have occasional problems with scanning that require me to download the program from the disc.

I have always been happy with the quality of this printer. When I did have an issue with print quality Brother made good and sent someone to fix it. I would definitely buy another printer from Brother.

Great Purchase

Easy to use to print and scan, hard copy or digital. Hard copy products are clean and clear. Process is very quick. Switched from an inkjet to laser--a smart move for quality and speed.

No scan to email

While the machine can send an email, it can not scan to email.

I also have a Brother Ink Jet printer and both are great. Love the features of both of them. Easy to use and customer support is great.

This machine does more than I Expected! Duplex
printing is automatic, Color is good for brochures etc. Very easy setup and touch screen easy to use.
I am 70+ and find it easy to learn to run this printer. I have not used the Fax Feature yet as I don't have a need for it, but may do so eventually.
I will be seeking assistance with envelopes as I have to do bulk envelopes occasionally and don't want to hand feed them.
I recommend this machine!
