Love It

I've owned the MFC9440CN and liked it very much. It did everything I needed for many years. Eventually it was tie to buy another MFC and being used to all the features, settings, and the user interface I purchased the MFC9330. It is just as nice but has a smaller footprint - great. The one thing I am unhappy about though is that contrary to the 9440 this machine does not allow for printing single checks (smaller than half a page) when feeding them through the front. Consistently the checks get jammed and the only way I found to print them is by using a full page of paper as a guide sheet (put both into the front together). Otherwise - great system.

This product does not perform with the quality expected from a device that is advertised as recommended for home office use.

Easy setup

I found the printer easy to set up and use. The only downside is the color out put. I switched from an inkjet printer and the out put on the laser is not quite as good as my old inkjet.

Great - when it works

I am on my third printer after having the first two fail. Brother support was good about replacing the failed units. The first new unit never worked properly and was replaced a couple of weeks after purchase with a refurbished unit -- which also didn't work properly. The scan function on this third unit doesn't work, but I don't need it often enough to go through yet another return.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

All round great multi function device

Good work horse for our small office. Very dependable and easy to print, scan, and copy. Not using as scanner presently.

Easy to configure and set up

have had this almost 2yrs and am just now having to have the Fuser replaced. it has been a wonderful 2yrs owning this machine and am looking forward to a few more. the scan to phone and print from phone app is awesome. seamlessly hooks up to the wireless network and works like a champ

I have owned a few printers. I am a students and this has been the best printer for me all around. I like the wireless features as well at the other multifunction features that most printers have.
