Stable and reliable

My printer has been in service for a couple of years with no problems. The wireless connection I'd sometimes glitchy, but I'm not sure I can blame that on the printer. Customer service is great!

Makes my job easier

It's a little larger than I had expected, but still fits into my home office. Easy to get all my printing done quickly and with excellent results. Very easy to replace the toner cartridges.

Great home office printer.

This printer has been flawless for me. I have a Windows 10 PC, an Apple phone, and a Samsung tablet. Every one of these devices are able to print to this printer without any problem. I've not had any problems with the "sleep mode", this printer is always on and wakes up right away when a request is sent from either my wired PC or any of my wireless devices. The print quality is great. However I don't print photos so I can't comment on that aspect. Overall I'm very happy with this printer and would recommend it.

I love that this printer can scan and print using a Bluetooth connection and it works well. I like the freedom from printer cables. I am a little disappointed in the quality of the color prints, although they work for my purposes. I also like the speed of printing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This has proved to be a great purchase. It continues to make wonderful copies, it prints whatever it is asked, and age seems not to phase the machine, whatever. I am extremely satisfied with this machine and will choose another Brother when it makes its last printed page.
