Excellent replacement for my end of life Laser Jet

This was an excellent choice to replace an existing printer at the end of its life. My first color laser and the duplex capability is much needed feature. Primarily I selected this printer in place of an inkjet since there is no ink to dry out. I seldom use color and then only when it is needed for clarity.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Full feature in color. Reliable, but has more frequent paper jams than my previous multi-function.

Great printer. The only dislike I have is printer taking it upon itself to decide how many pages I should be able to print before my toner is blinking that it needs to be changed. Then I have to go through the hassle of re-setting every single color each and every single time. Very aggravating.

Good print quality

I had not paid attention to size and weight when I ordered it, and I was surprised when it arrived. It is not a small, light plastic machine.
A little more support for Linux would be nice. I have not been able to get it to print on both sides of the paper. However, the setup for Windows was straightforward and has all the features. As yet, I haven't tried it with the Mac machine in house.

Exactly What I needed

I needed the ability to print & Scan from multiple laptops. Previously owned DCP product and loved it. Now I have the added feature of printing from my smartphones and tablet.

So Far So Good

I am a new user to this printer. I have not used it a whole lot. However, what I have done is of good quality. I did need help from support to help set up to wireless and the set up for fax. The support team were thorough and friendly.
Overall, I believe I made a good choice with Brother Printer MFC 9330CDW

Great Small Business Machine!

I purchased this all-in-one printer because I wanted something more cost effective for toner and I needed a duplex printer. This is a great small business printer! The only drawback that I have found is that it would be nice if it gave farther out notice when black toner is running low. You can manually check it, but it didn't alert me until I had just a couple of days left. Now that I know, this isn't an issue. Just a heads up to have an extra black on hand.
I would recommend this to a friend!
