Works great but...

Works great but I have one problem. I can't print to it on my lan. My computer recognizes it and it is on my lan but won't print unless I use its own wifi address.
I would recommend this to a friend!

HUGE disappointment!!!

I was so excited to get this printer. I was assured it would be sturdier than my previous ones (ink jets) and the toner would last longer. The toner hasn't lasted any longer than my ink jets! The paper tends to jam quite easily and I have to reach deep into the printer to retrieve the paper as it comes out.
But worst of all is the fact that this printer doesn't do two-to-two-sided pages in auto mode. Why in the world would it do 1-2-sided page but not 2? So the auto-feed is useless to me. And it wouldn't have even crossed my mind to look to see if it did 2-2 (I've since searched and can't find anywhere where it says it doesn't do this)! I'm VERY disappointed with this printer and certainly wouldn't have bought it if I'd been aware of all the problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this brother printer because i was in the market for a laser printer and i haven't had much luck lately with the other competators.I was so impressed how this laser printer worked and its functions i went out and purchased a brothers inkjet printer so i could print pictures.So far i am very happy with my purchases.

My employer purchased our first Brother around 10 years ago for our office. It was a work horse! So, we finally upgraded to another one for our office staff. Shortly after that, my employer bought a smaller Brother MFC model that conveniently fits on his desk. I liked them all so much that I purchased one for my home. My husband, a contractor, loves it also. Hope that Brother continues producing these winning products!

Performs very well

Four functions, easy to use, at a reasonable price. Bought to replace a MFC 9130CW (without duplex printing) purchased just three years earlier. The paper feeder malfunctioned, and it would have cost me nearly as much to have the old machine repaired as to buy the new one. Still, I would recommend Brother printers over the competition. Good value for money.

I print a tremendous amount of information, including photos. I am continually impressed by the quality and quickness of this machine. I would recommend it to anyone who invisions using it as a personal printer thru small buisiness applications.

My computer and I reside on one end of a 40 ft room whereas the printer resides on the opposite end. I click print and the printer wakes up and prints. Wonderful machine. I would highly recommend.
