Fantastic overall features!

Have one in my home office, one in my Winter home and another one at my daughte'rs to assist in business while I'm away. The features, reliability, customer support and price makes all this possible!

Small office wonder

I have the HL-3170CDW in my home office, but it lacks the other features the MFC-9330CDW has, such as scanner, fax, etc. The scanner is the main reason I purchased this machine, and it has certainly impressed. Copying, scanning, faxing - it does it all very well. It has handled every job I throw at it with no problem. Love my brother machines!

Okay printer

Do not like the touch screen. It is not sensitive to the touch, you have to touch the screen numerous times to get it to do what you want it to do. Also it has to stop during printing to cool down. The 9325CW we had before this one was much better and quicker to use. Do like the feature of being able to change the type of document you get when you scan something. Print quality is good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good General Purpose Color Printer

The printer is good looking and compact. Toner / drum cartridges are easy to get at and replace. Speed is average. Color prints are not as vivid as expected but still acceptable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fast MFC Laser Printer with great features

I got tired of replacing inkjet cartridges, so I decided to upgrade to a MFC Color Laser Printer. I had previous experience with Brother printers and I had always found their products to be reliable and a good value. So I selected the MFC-9330CDW as it had all of the features of my old inkjet based printer. I made the right choice. The printer was easy to setup and install the desktop software. It has a handy color screen for interfacing with the printer. The print quality is fantastic and so is the print speed. With the duplex option, I am able to save paper as well. The foot print of the printer is relatively compact for a MFC with so many features. And of course the WiFi makes it convenient to not have to be tethered to an Ethernet cable. The toner life has been great as I have not had to replace any since I purchased it 3 months ago. That never would have happened with my inkjet printer. The paper tray is quite ample, which also is a nice convenience. My only minor gripe is that I wish the noise level of the printer while printing was quieter. Other than that, I have been extremely pleased with my selection of the Brother MFC 9330CDW Printer.

Very good print quality, easy to set up and I like the ammount of paper it holds without refilling. It is larger than most printer that I have had, but is worth it.
