One Problem won't go away

I have called numerous times to get the problem fixed that I have to turn the printer on and off to connect with my laptop(s). I should not have to do this on a wireless system. They take me through the same steps but don't solve the problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've never purchase a Brother before. I'm more of a HP fan. I'm very satisfied; it does a good job and it's fast and efficient.

I needed a quality printer I could count on and I was aware how fast ink prices can add up to a lot. I decided to try this one because of reputation, I could not be happier, it fits my needs without sacrifices. wireless setup worked well (I had to read the instructions) my cell phones connect without issue. as a photo printer it is quite good but not a photographic ready machine. all other printing functions have been great. note this printer is very heavy and needs a solid place to rest.

Perhaps most printers are problematic, but this one feels special. It cries paper jams when there are zero. Crimps up pages for no reason. Even with the USB connected to my laptop it'll be choosey in printing. Never a dull moment with my Brother MFC-9330CDW.

Quality printer. My wife uses it for training matierials for her new clients in her gym and I use it for everything else. No problems after first 3 months.vr
