Everything We Wanted

We have had prior experiences with Brother brand printers. All positive at that. So when it was time for a new printer; we didn't have to do much thinking about it. We have had it a while now and it is everything we wanted it to be (and then some). It has already saved us in printing and junk fax costs. It is a smart buy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

disappointment

while it would print two-sided it would not copy two-sided. there was no provision for copying choices such as photo, very light, etc. the controls were clumsy and the scanner would over expose to may the copy much darker and highlight every singly smudge. This could not be corrected or adjusted either. But the biggest insult was the black toner cartridge that only printed about 200 copies before it was completely empty. Brother is off our list of printer manufacturer brands. Best Buy wasn't very happy with you either.

Networking is horrible

This is a great printer but every time we have to reboot the computer the printer gets disconnected and we have to delete uninstall and reinstall.

Pretty darned good printer

Originally, I thought the printer wasn't delivering output properly. Turns out it was, but it doesn't spit the paper out as far as I'd like it to. It is fast, color is good, if not quite as brilliant as an ink jet I have.
I got this printer to replace another brand that didn't update it's drivers past Windows XP. Not a very Sharp attitude in my mind. Even if they had updated the drivers, I couldn't use the old printer after my cats used it for a bathroom.
The Brother printer is faster, right in the price range I was willing to spend, and it does make nice copies.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Quality Product

Comparing to my cheap ink-jet printer, MFC-9330CDW is definitely a way better printer. Installation is so easy and quality of print is great. One drawback is that the wireless printing with my Windows PC does not work anymore (don't know why) but the MAC PC wireless printing still works.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love...but

Love the product when working (purchased new). This is our second re-furb. The roll keeps melting. Definite defect that needs correcting.
But that being said the machine has been promptly replaced with no hassles, which is much appreciated.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It didn't last 6 months!

While the print quality and ease of use is awesome, it broke with moderate use in less than 6 months. They sent me a refurbished machine - I am not comfortable at this point commenting until I see how long the refurbished machine lasts.
