i bought this in 2017. mostly i love it....but there are a few safety issues that concern me. the stovetop controls are easily turned on- if you bump them they easily turn the gas on - my dog even turned one on (they don't normally jump - she was a new puppy in training!!!) also, if they are turned on low...it is so low you can easily forget that they are on!! i love having 5 burners, however the small burner needs to have more of a grate over top - if you use a small pot - it can easily tip over as it only has a + under the center of the pot. i love the digital controls and ease of functions and the evenness that the oven bakes. i would buy again if some of the safety issues are addressed. maybe i just need to have bought a different model - but this one had good reviews.

i have had this stove for a day. it is very easy to use. there was very little smell from burn off when first used. this range replaced a 17 year old gas range that the oven stopped working. given the shortage of ranges in the area, i was surprised i was able to get this range. the price was very good. it has features that other ranges in the price range do not have. like the convection feature. i'm hoping to get at least 20 years out of the range. the one draw back is a blue display. it's annoying compared to a green display. this is a minor drawback, but not a deal breaker.

all burner valves locked up

due to the design, of the stem, it caught some grease into it, then this stove went into storage for a while, due to moving to another place with stove. now that i want to use it, the stove is inoperable. replacing the valve costs 50 to 70 depending on seller, times 5 for all burners, that is 250 to 350 plus labor, unless i do it myself, it is in perfect condition, except for that. at this cost, i may as well buy another one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall Great Stove - but not child/dog proof

overall, i love this stove. burners are nice, center griddle is great for pancakes, oven cooks well on both standard and convection. seems true to temp and preheats very quickly.
the only downside is the burners turn on waaayyy to easily just by leaning into them. i have inadvertently turned a burner on by simply reaching into the cupboard above the stove (belly pushed the knob) and ne time my dog was nosing around and turned one one while were at work (right front, a bigger one) thankful it only damaged the microwave above and the empty cookie sheet and utensils on the burner. we now take the knobs off and toss them in a drawer whenever the stove is not being used. we also have toddler grandkids and will have to make sure they are off when they are over, too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not too happy with mine I didn't have an extra griddle on it mine had the actual griddle is a burner and now it's peeling and it was the black one and it makes me mad but it's all good

I purchased this stove in 2015 after much thorough research from Consumer Reports. I have to say that this stove has been everything I could have asked for. I love the fact that we can easily slide pots over to other burners without having to lift them. The griddle is terrific for making pancakes but we recently upgraded to a cast iron griddle for more even cooking. It's very easy to clean as I just lift the iron stands to wipe the stainless steel for spills. I love the fact that it has a special holder for woks. My brother who is a big time cook is very jealous of our stove. Unfortunately our liberal city is requiring all new appliances to be electric so this may be the last gas stove I ever own.
