This range could be improved

I bought a double oven so I could bake in the small oven. You can only use convection in the small oven. I would like to use both ovens the same way. Using the small oven for single items (cake) would same energy by not heating the whole oven. This was not known to me before purchasing it. I guess after I learn all the things in the manual, it will be okay. Otherwise I like the stove fine. The volume on the "beeps" is not loud enough to hear if you are away from the range. I had a double oven before, and liked the small oven. Where can I get information using a convection oven?

Beautiful range

While in the middle of remodeling I decided although my old stove worked fine, it just wasn''t good enough for my new quartz countertops. So after looking at many options I decided that this one had the beauy and more options than I could imagine. It performs perfectly whether using conventional or convection baking. I am still getting use to the cooktop, I never owned one before. The multi size burner is cool, as is the bridge option. I have not used the bridge yet but I will as soon as I decide on what griddle I want. I look forward to continued joy from using my new slide-in oven and recommend it highly.
Pros: Bright display, many options
Cons: haven't found any.

From the look of the range to the use of the range is nice. The features of locking the oven and controls for little hands is a plus. The double cook burner is a great idea. the stove top cooks evenly and using a griddle for the dual burner is a plus as it cooks all the way across. I even love the warming drawer and love using it as it has the right tempiture while keeping warm it doesn't dry any dish out. I would recommend this to anyone for the beautiful design in any kitchen.

Look is fantastic. Very high tech. My display didn't work properly but customer service was very helpful and got a service rep to solve the problem.

The range is very modern, with very clean lines. It's a very professional in its look and feel, but is very easy to use. I would highly recommend to anyone,. W e just upgraded our kitchen and this range has gotten many fine comments from our friends.

Love all the features on this stove

This is not the stove I was intending to buy but fell in love with this stove when I went to buy. It has everything you could want in a stove. Used convection for the first time & it was amazing. Can't wait to see what else it can do. The look is sleek and clean. Very happy I made this choice.

New Range

Oven went out for 2nd time in about 3 months on range that we'd had since 2009. So, decided to replace rather than repair again.
Found this for a reduced price at Home Depot, and since I like Samsung's appliances, decided to get it. Some nice touches are that it overlaps the countertops just a bit so as to close any gap between the range and cabinets to prevent dripping/dropping stuff between them. The bridge element is potentially a nice feature, however it only utilizes the front and 'bridge' element - not the rear element. So, one can't utilize the full space of a double burner griddle; only about 3/4 of it. I suppose that is ok if you want a portion for keeping stuff warm, but I prefer to use the whole thing for making larger quantities of pancakes, bacon, etc.
The warming drawer locks in place when fully extended and is extremely difficult to unlock. It does not slide smoothly.
Pros: ability to split oven into 2 ovens, large capacity oven
Cons: warming drawer does not slide smoothly., bridge element only uses about 3/4 of griddle

Range has many features

We bought this range to replace our 30 year old one when we remodeled our kitchen. We needed a slide in unit and liked this model's many features especially the warming drawer and the dual oven capacity without paying the additional price for the double oven doors. It is still new to us and we will enjoy learning and using all the features this range has to offer.
