Pointless stupidity. Was hoping the main character, ND, would under go a welcome enlightenment. The sudden dancing skills were a complete surprise not motivated by anything in the plot. Waste of time and money.

this is the first movie I seen with 6 languages support with 5.1 Dolby Digital audio
you must change the audio setting language setting on PS3 before you can
see it in some languages
What's great about it: plays in 6 langage with 7 subs
What's not so great: not to bad for $9.99

This movie came out and everybody loved it. They hype was beyond belief, so I checked it out on the pretense that I was about to witness a laugh-a-minute gut-busting roll-'em-in-the-aisles super movie.
It disappointed.
On further viewings I've come to see some merit in it, though so it wasn't a total loss. Just do not check out this movie hoping for something awesome.
I would recommend this to a friend!

From jump I didn't think this would be funny, but the things that he did was funny and reminded me of a friend of mine. Just funny, words really can't express how crazy this movie really is. You need to see this one for yourself
What's great about it: Surprisely funny
What's not so great: His voice reminded me of Beavis and B#tthead

Napoleon Dynamite struck me as one of those movies that would be in the theater for a weekend and then gone. However, while it didn't do incredible business at the box-office, it did just enough to get people talking, which in turn ended up making it one of the biggest dvd hit releases of the year when it arrived to home video. Odd and strange, yet lighthearted, this is a recommended film. For those who already have the previous dvd version, investing in this new dvd is probably not necessary, unless you're dying to see the new extras on this release.
I would recommend this to a friend!
