Poor quality

4 days old- freezes everything in "cold" drawer & crispers. Shelves are cheap plastic. Beautiful looking counter depth fridge, just doesn't work.

Didn't work

We had to return this fridge because it never worked from the day it was delivered. After 24 hours, the temperature in the refrigerator section was 74 degrees and the freezer was in the fifties. Upon calling customer service, they suggested I unplug it to reset and let it sit without opening any doors for 24 hours. That didn't do a thing and we returned it to the store where we purchased it.

Ice Maker is designed Defective

I have had this fridge for under a year and have had the ice maker break three times. I'm getting tired of entering service calls and fearful of when the warranty lapses in a few months. THIS WAS BROKEN FROM THE DESIGNERS OF THE FRIDGE.

Ice maker doesnt work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice maker doesn't work and the fridge is not even a year old. The LED display is missing at least two of the bars that make up the digits. I would expect a fridge of this caliber to last longer than that. I will be asking for a warranty repair at the least.

horrible ice maker

I bought it on memorial day and I am disappointed in the ice maker. It makes very little amounts of ice in a 24 hour period. I have had a repairman look at it and he explained that's just what we get when you buy this fridge. Not happy! I have a family of 5 and I have to buy bags of ice for my family.

bad ice maker design

I had nothing but issues with this refrigerators ice maker. The refrigerator looks fantastic. I installed a 2nd ice maker in the freezer...neither have worked properly. The main ice maker is completely broken and I have had Frigidaire repairmen out to work on it multiple times. I spent more on service appointments and new parts than I would have spent on a completely new refrigerator. I believe there was a design flaw that was figured out a couple of years later. I would skip this model.

Love the appearance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of this refrigerator. I've always wanted a counter depth refrigerator and I'm very happy! The only complaint I have is that the ice maker is small and can't keep up with our usage. We are a family of 4. I think we are average ice consumers. Other than that, I have no complaints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this counter depth fridge since last August (5 months). In that time I have had the freezer drawer glides replaced, broken springs. The shelves and standards replaced, rusting and not covered by warranty. The ice machine is a constant source of noise, loud clicks and bangs even though not being used in the middle of the night. I have had the fridge set at 40 and the freezer set at 0, as recommended. Do you think I should be responsible for the rust in this short period of time, I think not. (see the photos)

Gregg825, I am dismayed to hear of your refrigerator experience. The recommended settings for a refrigerator installed in a kitchen is 37˚F for the fresh food compartment and 0˚F for the freezer (page 15 in your Owner’s manual). Rust on a product can begin to develop due to environmental conditions like sulfur, high content of chlorine or alkaline in water, living near salt water and it can also be caused by high humidity. Sometimes water hardness can be a cause of rust. In South Carolina, the water hardness in the north and western areas is 7-10 grains (hard); east and southern section’s receive 12-15 grains hardness (very hard). Your warranty is printed on the last page of your Owner’s Manual, please see #3 under exclusions. Rust is not covered by your warranty. Sincerely, Ruth
