The Boss

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The "Boss" keeps everything cold for us. Well, that's important during Happy Hour. The convenience of the outer door water & ice, can't be beat. The storage compartments just what we needed to organize are food selection. So far, very pleased with the Gallery. Might think of changing it's name to the "Boss".

Counter dept means less width and fits

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a french door refrigerator that would not look so large in my kitchen and fit through my front door. A normal french door is too wide and they have to take off the refrigerator doors to get it into most homes. This one is not as deep a the regular french doors and fits through without taking off the doors or handles. It fits nicely in my kitchen space. I love the lighting and it is bright inside. The crisper can be moved to be both on the bottom of the refrigerator or on one side stacked. The ice maker is quieter than most and I only hear a little noise when the water turns on and it dumps the ice. Such a nice refrigerator that I hope to enjoy for years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Need smudge free handles

Should have bought a bigger one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything is great about this fridge other than I wish it was a little roomier so I should’ve bought a bigger model. Another feature I wish these refrigerators had is some sort of alarm which will let you know if one of the doors is left open or ajar. The refrigerator works great and keeps the food at a very precise temperature which is great. The only thing that has stopped working is the indicator light on the panel when you choose ice cube option.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worse refrigerator I ever owned

Moved into my new home last week and all the appliances were already there (none were my choice) Having a week to get used to this refrigerator I definitely do not like it. It’s to small, and what little space it gives you is taken up by the ice maker and water feature.... Never would have chosen this refrigerator
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst refrigerator I've ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator less than 2 years. Everything that gets near the edges of the inside of this refrigerator-freezes! The slightest bump against this refrigerator causes a dent. I'm 54 years old, have lived in 7 homes in my adult life, had many refrigerators, and have honestly never had these kind of problems. I've never dented a frig in my life, and this one now has 3! Now, the icemaker has suddenly slowed down, and doesn't make ice fast enough. Have no clue how to speed it up. There is ice up above, it just won't drop quickly enough.

Have you changed your water filter recently?
Remember, if it’s been six months or longer since you last changed your water filter, this may affect the performance of your ice/water dispenser along with the quality of your water.
Are your doors closing/sealing properly?
Are there any tears, or holes on the gaskets?
Is your appliance on a leveled surface?
If your fridge is not leveled, this may cause your doors to be misaligned and not close or seal properly, which could lead your appliance to have cooling, frost, or moisture problems.
In some cases, setting your fridge to a higher temperature may remedy the matter with items freezing inside the fridge section. For more helpful tips, please review the “Before You Call” section of your fridge’s Use & Care guide.
