What happened to the Filtered Water in the Door?

This refrigerator is a great size for us. The interior is easy to configure, and the bottom freezer drawer is very convenient. We are, however very disappointed with the filtered water in the door. The water comes out on the tepid side. Our previous refrigerator had this feature and the water was chilled like it was in side the refrigerator. We have scoured the handbook and have found nothing that effectively addresses this problem other than the "advise" to add ice to the glass if the water is not cold enough.

I bought this in May. Love most of it.
The ice maker is unpredictable at best. It takes forever to make ice & the dispenser takes forever to drop it into your glass.
The temp for both refrigerator and freezer are unreliable. It seems neither registers the temp showing on the door panel. I have adjusted the settings and still have not seen set temps reached.
I would possibly recommend this product, but have to share the above info with them.

Terrible ice maker

Not enough space on the inside top or bottom. Not enough space for taller items. Ice maker doesn't make near enough ice. We even bought the extra one for the bottom drawer but still have to buy bags of ice. Doors don't close all the way unless manually pushed. Wish I had returned it before the 30 days was up.

The ice maker is jammed up no food fits in the fridge or freezer terrible design-freezer door sounds like it's broken when I open it-ice maker way to small

We recommend the following for “un-jamming” your ice maker; remove ice container, thaw, and empty the contents. Next, clean container, wipe dry, and replace in proper position. Poor Quality Control

Control panel failed within a few weeks of operation. Had to have it replaced. Now I see that there is a crack in one of the drawers. What will go wrong next?
Thought Frigidaire was a good brand but it is not. Appears this was made with no real quality control for a product in this price range.

Great look and size that fits!

I've had this for a month and am happy with the appearance and functionality.
I'm not used to this refrigerator running most of the time but it is still quiet and (according to the specifications) efficient. The water is not very cold but easily remedied with a few shots of ice with the push of the button without moving your glass. No problem! Couldn't beat the price.

Love the drawer in the frig and the freezer access

It looks great in our kitchen and it holds a ton (compared to our old frig).
It has space for all size containers. We compared a lot of refigerators and this one won out.

The perfect blend of everything we needed.

I bought this in June and it's been perfect. It was the only fridge that had everything we wanted and nothing we didn't want. The ice and water dispenser work great. The adjustable shelves were easy to customize. The lighting inside if bright without being blue like other brands. We don't use the freezer much, so having it at the bottom is no big deal.
I would recommend this to a friend!
