I'm usually a fan of soundtracks. They remind of the mix tapes and cds I made as a teenager. I loved the craft of putting the perfect songs together for someone or some event. I'd sit in front of my music collection and build the latest creation. These days I still make mixes, but now they're in itunes, for my ipod or someone elses.
This album is a GREAT mix tape...err soundtrack! It's full of fun, dance around your kitchen, songs. Yes, I was doing dishes when I popped the cd in! The album is full of new favorites, particularly James Morrison's "You Make It Real" and Erin McCarley's "Love, Save the Empty". I also really enjoyed the Cure and Talking Heads thrown in. It was nice to hear those songs again. A great surprise. All together, these 17 tracks really felt like a great mix tape. If you like that vibe and a good mix of great songs, go out and pick this one up. You won't be disappointed.
What's great about it: great mix of songs, very listenable!
What's not so great: some people may find a few songs they want to skip.

"He's just not that into you" is a great soundtrack. It is a fabulous mix of new songs and old favorites. The soundtrack takes you through every emotion you have when dealing with relationships. The only song I'm not fond of is Scarlett Johansson's. It seems doesn't quite fit and I did not like it .My favorites- " Friday I'm In Love, and" By your side".

I really love this soundtrack, which has a great mix of songs from new and classic artists. I've always liked The Human League's "Don't You Want Me, The Cure's "Friday I'm In Love," and Lilly Allen's "Smile," and now I'm a fan of songs and artists I've never heard of before I received this CD, such as Tristan Prettyman's "Madly" and My Morning Jacket's "I'm Amazed."
New artist Erin McCarley's "Love, Save The Empty," is a catchy tune that is one of my many favorites on the CD, and I was quite impressed with Scarlett Johansson's cover of Jeff Buckley's "Last Goodbye."
The He's Just Not That Into You soundtrack features a lot of great, upbeat songs that just get stuck in my head. I could keep listening to the entire CD over and over again. Lately I've been listening to the CD while I've been doing housework--it makes cleaning so much more enjoyable. If a CD can make housework more enjoyable, you know it's a good CD!
A cool thing about the soundtrack is that it is an enhanced CD, so when you pop it into your computer, you'll view a deleted scene of Scarlett Johansson singing the Last Goodbye.
The He's Just Not That Into You: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack has a great mix of songs from a variety of artists, genres, and decades--there's something for everyone!

If the movie is as good as the soundtrack, then I’m sure I’ll enjoy it. This CD has a good mix of classic tunes (REM, the Cure, Talking Heads) that I grew up with balanced with newer songs that I had never heard before. I always think it’s nice when soundtracks are mixed like that so you have some familiarity with the tracks, but you’re also exposed to new music. Some of the tunes will have you bouncing in your seat, while others are much more sedate. They all center around love in one way or another, making them perfect for this time of year! But don’t worry, they aren’t mush – you aren’t going to get a toothache listening to this CD! I do know I’m going to enjoy this CD for a while.
What's great about it: Good mixture of older classics with new music

This CD is a great mix of upbeat and slow songs. Most of the artists are well known and favorites to many. Usually with most full length CD's I tend to end up skipping past some songs but I did not have the need to do that with this album. This album made me want to see the movie. The songs are great for any age and my children, husband and myself all loved it. You can be having fun dancing one minute or relaxing to nice softer songs the next. I greatly recommend this album.
What's great about it: the mixture of genres
What's not so great: I know most of the songs, but hey that means they're favorites!

I love the mixture of both the oldies and newbie songs. I listen to the cd while going and coming home from work. My daughter is 3 year and bobs her head to the music so she is a fan also. I love the cd so I will defintely need to see the movie.
What's great about it: Great mixture of songs - both new and old.
