This movie was absolutlely the best movie of the year and maybe the decade. I love the cast and especially Kristen/Bella, they really did a good job casting her for Bella. I am so excited for this DVD to come out because once I saw the commercial for the DVD I literally jumped out of my seat and screamed. I am super excited for the all special features and the especially the deleted and extended scenes. This movie is the best and I've already seen it 3 times and I can't wait for the 21st!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What's great about it: The cast and the movie itself draws you into it and Kristen Stewart/Bella Swan (HOT!!!)
What's not so great: Nothing is bad about this movie!!!!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lets start with the fact that I enjoyed the movie and I have also read the books. Now anyone who says the acting in this movie is good needs to get out and see more movies. I say this because this had some of the worst acting I have ever seen. There were lots of awkward pauses that did not need to be there. The special effects were downright abysmal. All I can say is they are definitely going to need a better budget for special effects for New Moon because certain aspects of that book will need it. I will definitely give this movie series another chance with new moon but if its as bad as this one then i will give up on it.
What's great about it: I found the story interesting
What's not so great: pretty much everything else
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pretty Good Movie

I'm a movie fanatic and I really loved this movie...most of the BAD reviews that I have seen here are from Book readers... We are talking about the movie here and not the book.....
P.S... I didn't read the book so my opinion is based solely on the Movie.
What's great about it: It's one of the movies you would watch over and over again
What's not so great: They could have done a better movie with a different Director.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent love story between a human girl and a lonely vampire. However, they face obstacles due to their unlikely relationship when she becomes the next food on the menu.
What's great about it: Good price, excellent novel to movie, quick to dvd

I read the book first and was iffy about it, I watched the movie after and thought "what where they thinking" The casting was good. The make-up was unbelievably hideous, yeah it wasn't like the book but it should have had the edge the book had. Bella in the book had a personality, Bella in the movie was pretty much blah but that was directing error. The acting was ok but left a lot to be desired especially since they strayed from the book so much. I just hope that they clean it up for the next movies.

What i liked about this movie,was it didn't dissapoint,i actuall y thought it was preety goodcause i've read the books but they didn't keep to the good parts only the ok parts,But it was worth it!Though in the book Bella is supposed to have personality and spunk but in the movie she had no sense of anything she was just blah,the rest were all great this movie is worth watching over and over.
What's great about it: The Cast&Storyline
What's not so great: The Acting of some characters

I read the book and saw the movie 4 times in the theater and I was also able to purchas the DVD already !!
This movie is so exciting! It draws you in.. ..
Especially if you're a hopeless romantic.
..For all those BOOK WORMS giving bad reviews..
Movies are NEVER the same as the books....
The heat between Bella and Edward is phenomonal!
What's great about it: EVERYTHING
What's not so great: NOTHING IS BAD - EXCELLENT MOVIE
