This is the best work out game that I have tried yet. It is a great work out, you just need to follow the instructions (especially the hand motions with the controllers) to do the exercises effectively. The game wont capture incorrect hand movements and positions so you really need to pay attention to the instructional videos. It is a really fun game and I recommend it. I think it is better than the WII Fit.
What's great about it: Fun, a good workout for home use, good price
What's not so great: nothing...everything is awesome
I would recommend this to a friend!

This "game" is awesome. I've been using it for about 5 weeks along with a low fat diet and have already lost 10lbs! For those who can't afford a gym membership this is great. It really does give you a great workout! I would definitely recommend getting a wireless nunchuck though. The wire between the nunchuck and remote tends to get in the way sometimes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Could work out, would like to see something that work your abs a little more.

The EA Sports Active is a good workout for beginners or already active individual. It is loads of fun and allows you to set goals for yourself based on what you want to achieve. It is a great game for all ages. You can even workout with a friend. Learning how to play the different sports is very fun too. The game is very motivating and a great customizing workout. I would recommend it to anyone.
What's great about it: Fun to play
What's not so great: Some exercises are tough

I love this! It is great! My children and I went to the store and couldn't decide on the Wii Fit or The Wii EA Sports Interactive. We decided to get both. The children enjoy the Wii Fit, it has more exercise type games and I love the EA because of the variety of exercises, it keeps you motivated and interested. I am addicted and it is sometimes hard to take a rest day when the suggest it, but if you don't you'll surely feel it. After the first week I could see results already.
What's great about it: the variety of exercises cahnges every day, you can pick and choose exercises, and it keeps you interested and motivated
What's not so great: trying to wipe the sweat off your forehead during an exercise, LOL
I would recommend this to a friend!

I really like the idea of not having to go to the gym.. My husband and I have two small kids, and this game makes keeping fit a lot easier.. The resistance band seems flimsy at first, but you forget about that and realize that it is decent once you begin the workouts.
What's great about it: variety, makes a good workout fun and exciting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Workout

This game is a great workout for me and I am 16 and my grandmother who is, with her permission, 69. It works your heart and both your upper and lower body.The best part is that you can select your own custom workouts such as boxing, etc. My grandmother does the boxing, dancing and the upper body workout. She's trying to do the lower body but knowing her she will be able to do them with no problem as she works at it. The game is very easy to follow and don't be afraid to try different things on there it is how I found the custom workouts section.
What's great about it: Gives you a great full body workout.
What's not so great: Nothing
I would recommend this to a friend!

I can not say enough about this game.The 30 day program is great.
I have been using it for 3 weeks and still can't wait to come home from work and workout.I am ordering one for my daughters so they can stay fit....I LOVE IT..........
What's great about it: The 30 day program is great
What's not so great: does not read all of your reps....
